Blue Shade Witness is now well known in the Chicago music scene, playing with national and local acts such as Something Corporate, Switchfoot, Duvall, Sleeping At Last, Matthew, The Violet Burning, Celestial Static, and many more.
Blue Shade Witness has played Chicago venues such as the Metro, Fireside Bowl, Beat Kitchen, Lyon's Den, Nevin's Live, and many more. Blue Shade Witness has appeared on Chicago radio such as 94.7 the Zone, 88.7 WLUV, and 89.1 Mission Rock. The music video for "The Stars Will Shine" has been featured on Chicago TV programs such as JBTV and JStreetTV.
Blue Shade Witness has independantly sold over hundreds of CDS in locals from Wisconsin, to Chicago, to Springfield, and has just released their debut album on Double Zero Records (label of former Alkaline Trio, Smoking Popes member Mike Fulmehee).
